This document must be explicitly accepted before first access to the service and must remain available at all times from within the application.

1. What "beta" means here, concretely

Savantis Agents is software under active development, offered in preliminary (alpha / beta) form. It is not a finished product, it is not certified, and it is not covered by any service level agreement.

In concrete terms, and without limitation:

1. Your data may be lost. A conversation, a long-term memory, an agent dossier, an artifact, a queue, a browser profile, or an entire workspace may be corrupted, truncated, reset or erased — by a bug, a failed migration, an operational error, a hardware failure or a cleanup operation.
2. There is no guarantee of backup or restoration. See the Data, backups and retention policy. No RPO (maximum data loss) or RTO (time to restore service) is promised.
3. The service may be interrupted without notice, in whole or in part, for an indefinite period, including while scheduled tasks or agent work are in progress.
4. Features may change, regress or disappear, including paid features, professional agents in the catalog, integrations and AI models.
5. Agents make mistakes. Answers, plans, calculations, summaries, citations, document extractions and automated actions may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or entirely fabricated.
6. Agents act. They browse the web, execute code, read and write files, call APIs, use your connected accounts and trigger scheduled tasks. An incorrect action can have real and irreversible consequences outside the service.
7. Security measures are serious but not perfect. A dedicated KVM virtual machine and encrypted data disk reduce cross-tenant risk without eliminating administrative hypervisor access, software defects, or operational errors. See the "Security" section of the Privacy Policy.
8. Prices, plans, quotas and token billing may change during the beta period, subject to the notice required by law.

2. What you must do on your side

By using the service during the beta period, you agree to:

• keep your own independent copy of anything of value to you, outside Savantis Agents;
• never entrust the service with your only copy of a document, file, note, dossier or key;
• not use the service for any critical purpose: nothing involving health, personal safety, hard legal deadlines, high-value irreversible operations, or the operation of a business;
• verify every output before relying on it, especially before taking any financial, contractual, medical, legal or professional action;
• supervise the automated actions you authorize and be able to stop them.

3. No warranty

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind: no warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, continuity, freedom from error, or data preservation.

Mandatory limits. This exclusion does not set aside:

• the legal warranties under the Consumer Protection Act, from which no derogation is permitted (ss. 10 and 261 CPA);
• liability for bodily or moral injury caused to another person, nor liability arising from intentional or gross fault (art. 1474 of the Civil Code of Québec).

4. Personal use only

Savantis Agents is offered for personal and private use only. It is not offered for use by a business, an employer, an organization, a professional order, a health care or educational institution, nor for processing information belonging to third parties in a professional context. See section 4 of the Terms of Use.

5. Consent

By checking the acceptance box, clicking "Get started", creating a workspace or using the service, you confirm that you have read and understood this notice and that you accept the risk of data loss and interruption it describes.

If you do not accept this risk, do not use the service.
