Never use this agent as an emergency, dependent-monitoring or safety service. It is not monitored by a human, cannot alert emergency services, controls no device, and may be unavailable.

1. What this agent is not

The Household Coach agent is software that structures chores, suggests a division of work, tracks cadences and maintains an evolving picture of the household's organization. It is a personal-organization tool.

It is not a professional service. This agent:

• is not a property manager, professional accountant, educator, social worker, dietitian or health professional;
• performs no physical task: it cleans nothing, repairs nothing, moves nothing and watches no one;
• places no order, pays no bill, authorizes no charge and interacts with no device, account or delivery service;
• gives no medical, legal, financial or tax advice and produces no investment budget;
• establishes no authority over household members and divides work only with their agreement;
• is covered by no professional order, no professional liability insurance and no professional complaint mechanism.

Exchanges with this agent are not protected by professional secrecy.

2. Limits of the agent

• Content is generated by a language model: it may be inaccurate, fabricated, simplistic or ill-suited to your household.
• The agent does not perceive your home, your devices, your real calendar or anyone's state; it knows only what you write to it.
• It may forget, mis-rank or propose an unrealistic cadence.
• Nothing is done for you. A chore recorded is not a chore accomplished. A reminder does not replace a person doing the task.
• It does not replace human vigilance, in particular toward a child, an older adult, a vulnerable person or an animal.

3. Not a monitoring or safety service

This agent monitors no one. It does not detect an absence, an accident, a leak, a break-in, a medical event or a danger to a child or dependent. Never rely on it for anyone's safety or for the supervision of a minor. Safety and supervision always remain the responsibility of a present, responsible person or a qualified service.

4. When to consult a professional

Consult a qualified professional for anything beyond household organization: a serious conflict, financial difficulty, a legal or tax problem, a health issue, a situation of violence, neglect or abuse, or any situation affecting a member's functioning. 5. No professional advice of any kind

This agent provides no legal advice, no financial advice, no tax advice and no medical advice. For those matters, consult a member of the relevant professional order.

6. Your information

What you share with this agent is stored in the agent's dossier, inside the isolated data volume of your workspace.

Bear in mind that:

• this dossier is shared among the members of the same family workspace — it is not a private vault per person;
• this dossier may be lost (beta version, no backup guarantee);
• this dossier is destroyed with the workspace, including after seven days of inactivity on a Discovery plan.

7. Minors and third parties

This agent is not designed to be used by persons under 18 without the supervision of the workspace holder. Do not place any third party's personal information in this agent — child, teenager, animal, neighbor, home aide — without the consent of the responsible person, and never more than is strictly necessary. Do not transcribe any conversation with a third party without the consent required by law.

8. No guarantee of results

No result is promised: no chore accomplished, no balanced division of work, no reduction of load, and no improvement in organization.

9. Your legal obligations

9.1 Do not perform a reserved activity

You may not use this agent to perform or simulate the performance of an activity reserved by the Professional Code or a professional statute, or to use a reserved title on the basis of content produced by this agent.

9.3 Reporting obligations

This agent reports nothing to anyone. If you have reasonable grounds to believe a child's security or development is in danger, the Youth Protection Act requires a report to the Director of Youth Protection (DPJ). That obligation is personal to you. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911.

10. Exclusion of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Savantis AI assumes no liability for, among other things:

1. the non-performance of a chore or task, this agent performing no physical action;
2. the decisions you take following an exchange with this agent;
3. inaccurate, fabricated or ill-suited content produced by the model;
4. the failure to detect danger, conflict, violence, neglect or abuse;
5. the absence of monitoring or alert toward a dependent or a minor;
6. an interruption of the Service or unavailability of the agent;
7. the loss, corruption or disclosure of the dossier within a shared family workspace.

The limitation of liability and the cap in section 13 of the Terms of Use apply.

Mandatory limits — important here. The foregoing exclusions do not apply to bodily or moral injury, nor to injury caused by intentional or gross fault (art. 1474 of the Civil Code of Québec), nor to the extent prohibited by section 10 of the Consumer Protection Act. A clause purporting to exclude liability for bodily or moral injury would be of no effect, and Savantis AI does not seek to rely on one.

11. Acceptance

By using the Household Coach agent, you acknowledge that it is a software tool, that it performs no physical action, that it monitors no one, and that it replaces no qualified professional.
